I finally got my family to eat fish this weekend. Looked for something firm and with a very mild taste. I marinated some sea bass in lime juice, rum, soy sauce and some spices. Was going to grill it skin side down until done but one of the pieces fell over. I saw the nicely browned side and decided to flip them all down at the end. They came out fantastic.
Served topped with mango salsa. Turned the left overs into fish tacos with a little hoisin sauce. Even got the 15 year old to eat one of those. Go figure.
