Here to attest that you're only gonna get about 36 pounds of country ribs on a Genesis

Great Pics! I love looking at others photos! here is one from a BBQ competition was in a few weeks ago:

Image

The day before the competition the trailer broke that our smoker was mounted to. We had to make do and cooked on 2 weber kettles and a Sams Club Model charbroil grill. We didn't do so bad for our first competition!

Thanks Bob,
My family never ate asparagus until I started grilling it, now it’s a favorite.

And check this out. Since we were up at our cabin… I used the “Old School” Char-Broil. I think my wife’s grandfather bought this in like 1972.

Everyones pics look awsome... I bet there were many happy grillers this weekend.

I bought mine in 1971!!! Still smokin'

Above post is actually me. . . Serves me right for not checking to see if my laptop logged in automatically.

Still trying to find some 'cue. Tonight it's a Blue Oyster Cult concert, and then tomorrow it's off to Cleveland.

Next week will see more Beer Can Chicken's and ribs on the Bar-B-Chef. . .

Smoked Carnitas with Smoky Guacamole, Charros and Spanish Rice.

Unfortunately all I had on hand was a disposable camera, so the image quality is not so good, but I think you get the idea.

If anyone wants the recipe, see my post on the thread: Pulled Pork, 2nd time around

unoriginal23, belated welcome to the board!

You worked wonders with that old film camera. :D I like the collage. Thanks for sharing the photo and the recipe.

Z Awesome looking Snapper. Do you have any trouble with it sticking to the wires in the cage?

Thanks ThrRoff,
No trouble at all, I just brush the fish and the basket with olive oil. And they come out real easy.
