Great pictures Andy.

We had fresh sok eye salmon cooked on alder planks with chunks of alder in the fire. I smoked them for 35 minutes at about 375. Fantastic.

Sorry, guys- no digital cam this weekend so I'm hoping the pics will come out OK. I'll post them as soon as I finish the roll of film this week.

I did Buccaneer Chicken… The flavor was very unique and GOOD…

And check this out. Since we were up at our cabin… I used the “Old School” Char-Broil. I think my wife’s grandfather bought this in like 1972.

Everyones pics look awsome... I bet there were many happy grillers this weekend.

O.K. I'm really proud of this one! My chile grill is only a 12 hole & had 13 peppers in it and I needed more! Lots more. After checking the metal shops to have one made, $80-$150 for 48 holes OUCH, I came up with this at the last moment. Really an act of desperation (that worked).

OK, this is the first time I've tried to do pictures here. Hope it works. I did these ribs on Saturday. We were eating the fourth slab when I took this picture.

Bob - Who started eating the top of that one bird before you served it? You must have had some hungry guests.
I too did poppers, I made ABT's (great by the way) but used Cherry Peppers whole instead of halved.

Great looking ribs Irish!
