I read somewhere (don't remember where) of someone using licorice and/or anise in a rub and/or sauce (sorry it's so vague). Anyone have any ideas about this recipe? As I recall, it was designed for either pork, lamb, or chicken, and the falvor was fairly pronounced (rather than just a hint of...)
