Well yesterday for Fathers Day, we decided to try our hand at pulled pork. We had purchased a pork shoulder that was already lightly smoked. We put the basic bbq rub on it, and indirect grilled it. We kept the temp of the grill at around 275* and kept the cast iron smoker box going with Jack Daniels wood chips. Kept it on the grill for 8 hours, pulled it and put on top of buns, and topped with Cattlemans Original BBQ Sauce. Man was it good. Even my wife, who isn't really crazy about bbq, loved it. All in all, it was very good.
