Hey - I know I'm probably way late to the party, and I've never studied UDS's much (just never got around to it). Well, long story short, I just stumbled across the "Pit Barrel Cooker" and I must say I am duly impressed. Bang for the buck this looks like a worthy purchase for just about anyone. www.pitbarrelcooker.com. You guys probably discussed this ad-nauseum about 20 pages back, but anyone have any experience with it?
