Hey everyone,
Roll out the red carpet. I just got done moving. Its been really hectic and I'm looking forward to relaxing on my new deck with my smoker. I have gotten to use the gas grill a couple times so far though.
The new house has a cool sunroom right off the deck.
You'll probably be sick of hearing from me as I have much catching up to do here and will probably be throwing in my 2 cents worth on lots of topics I've missed out on.
I got to hang out with a Weber rep at work since I talked to you guys last. That was cool. And just yesterday, I was telling one of my local butchers about this site and suggested maybe even starting a local steak society.
He's seen Steven's show on PBS. :D Would't it be cool to have a butcher on the board!
I've thought of a couple new questions to post too.
Unfortunately, I've missed BBQ-U 2 weeks in a row now. :( I'll be glad to get back in the swing of things again.

Welcome back Vinsect and congrats on your new house.
It must’ve been terrible not being able to BBQ for a while.

Good news for you... You haven't missed a thing. It's been pre-empted on GPTV for the last 2 weekends in a row. It will be back on this Saturday, though. Yippee!

wb Vinnie. I've been scarce myself lately. Very very busy. It's funny how there were maybe a dozen of us in here this winter doing stuff now the board has exploded!

Welcome back. The BBQU schedule shows it being on channel 35 in OKC. I've never heard of this station & I don't get the station. I really hope all the episodes will be on DVD. This really stinks.

Thanks Bob

I knew it would be. I can't believe BBQU isn't on in the OKC area. Does the Food network have a contract with Bobby Flay? He's on there all the time & Steve's never on. At least I haven't seen him on there.
