Great post!!!

I love lobster on the grill - beats boiled or steamed any day.

Regarding the steaks, did it develop a crust? The reason I ask is i do mine 2 minutes per side for medium rare, all over the chimney. Great crust. The outside meat will get a bit more done, though, but it's really only a 1/8 inch portion, not a problem with a 11/2 or 2 inch steak, but may be problematic on thineer steaks.

Also, remember to let them rest.

Please tell me that isn't boiled broccolli?? Get a steamer, much easier and the tast is much better. Also the new frozen steam fresh bags are pretty nice!

Lobster on the grill is great! Got 2 dozen tails a couple of weeks before Christmas - think there are 10 left in the freezer. Don't know what I'm going to do when I run out!
