Hi, Folks,
Does anyone know any pit-masters from Guam?
Last week, I received a wonderful email inviting me, Mrs. R, and yes, even the BBQ bus to Guam for a barbecue festival.
My computer hiccoughed and I lost the email--I have no way to respond to the gracious invitation.
If anyone can put me in touch with our bbq friend from Guam, please let me know.
Thanks!
Happy grilling!

Welcome back to the board Steve!
It sure looks like your schedule is as busy as ever.
But we still won't let you forget you New Years Resolution, we'd love to see you around a bit more.
I'm sorry I can't help you, but Guam is a bit out of my reach.
I'm hoping to see you in the central, PA region if your tour ever swings through.
Happy Grilling and Safe Travels!

Steve,

I did a search on Google and came up with this:

http://www.geocities.com/guam_bbq/Guam_Bar_B_Q

which would seem a good place to start......

I've just ordered your Grilling Book so perhaps you can autograph it for me next time you are in Ireland..........

Steven,
After doing some research I found a Q fest that just ended last week. here is the link to that site http://www.samchoy.com/menus/dh_menus/e ... qfest.html
That is probably the one you were invited to. I found it by going through this site http://www.guam.com/Food/
Hope this helps. Keep up the good work and great show.

Thanks for your help ya'll. Heard back from both parties via email today and Steven was able to hook-up with his contact about the Guam BBQ Festival.
