New, unique, regional, family secret sides for T-day!?

As I stated in another post, smoked salmon is one of our favorites. Being originally from Seattle it was a regional fiit. Now that I live in Jackson MS. I am concidering attempting to put a smoked spin on some regional faves here. I will post any success I have.
