Gonzalez Food Market & Bar-B-Que

Stopped by here on my way home from fishing at the coast, Ive always wanted to but have always been so tired that I just wanted to get home. Had the brisket and some sausage. Brisket was goooooood! He even threw in some burnt ends, MMMMmmmmm! Now the sausage had great taste but was greasy, which was kind of a let down. The sauce was pretty good too, it was fairly thin but had some good taste. If you ever are in Gonzalez, Tx give it a try, it sites on the town square just down from the fire department.
