What: All of the standard fare plus a large assortment of exotic cuisine. I've sampled rattlesnake, aligator, bison, etc.
Why: I like to be a little daring and try new things. All of the food is done to perfection on outdoor smokers with extremely generous portions. The atmosphere is casual and Very friendly. The service is outstanding, as is the beer selection-many dozens to choose from. (the owner's second passion) A must visit if in the area!
