Red Hot and Blue

Does anyone like Red Hot and Blue? We have been to 4 of them, and each is different. The ribs in Richmond are really pretty good and the sides are good. The pulled pork is okay, but we had good pork in Arlington. Do they smoke on the premises? It is a small chain, but seems to be spreading out pretty rapidly.
