Peter's BBQ, Ellinger, Tx

Stopped in here on the way home from a big wedding in Houston, and I will tell you what, it was GREAT! All you can eat BBQ for $7.95 (Brisket, Sausage, Chicken, & sides) w/o ribs, with ribs $9.95. I had the brisket, sausage, and ribs. My wife had the brisket and chicken. The meat was tender and VERY flavorful. If you happen to be travelling on Hwy 71 between Columbus, Tx and Austin, Tx I recommend you stop in and give it a try.


P.S.--They even had some fresh fried chicken as well......unfortunatly I stuffed myself on the bbq.
