BBQ Ribs

Jim's Rib Haven in Cedar Rapids Iowa has the best ribs I've ever eaten. I grew up in South Carolina now live in North Carolina. While at the University of Iowa we made the 60 mile round trip to Jim's frequently. Still brings back fond memories of great pork ribs!

This joint wasn't in place when I was at UI, so we had to tolerate Joe's Place, The Sanctuary and Hamburg Inn No. 1. But my daughter lives near CR now, so will be sure to check out the bbq the next time that I visit CR. Go Hawkeyes!!
