Best BBQ Joint

The best BBQ I have ever had was in Hot Springs, Arkansas at a little place called McClard's Bar-B-Q. It has been there since 1928 and serves Hickory Smoked Beef Ribs, Chicken and a specialty called Tamale Spread. The tamale will light you up baby! Although I am from the St. Louis area, I look forward to going to Hot Springs and eating at McClard's.
