My Best Ever

I have traveled the country for the last 20 years in the military and my best are the County Line, Oklamhoma City 1st, Red Hot and Blue (Annapolis MD) 2nd, and the County Grill in Yorktown, VA 3rd. Though none can touch an old fashioned Pig Picken by some good friends down in NC.

If this is one of the County Line chain begun in Austin, you need to widen your BBQ eatin some. Their BBQ has little to NO smoke flavor and a very generic taste and texture to all of their meats. Their beef ribs are acceptable though. Try any of the many joints reviewed in the link and you will be very happy!

Don't Know if it is the same but thier meat was smoked 18-20hrs very tasty, fall apart tender and smokey.
