Being out in the middle of the Mojave Desert at the Army's National Training Center (we're talking 35 miles from I-15 in the middle of the desert), its hard to find good BBQ unless you do it yourself (which I do quite a bit of).
But today I smelled the heavenly smell of mesquite wafting from the Post Exchange/ Commisary are. Upon investigation I found a mobile BBQ Catering company called "All Seasons BBQ". Being a very picky BBQ eater, I was impressed with their extremely flavorful brisket sandwich! Everything was made fresh and the brisket was tender, had a nice smoke ring on the edges and just tasted darn good.
My hats off to these guys. I think they cater out of LA.
