South Texas BBQ

The best bbq in all of south Texas, in mine and many others' opinions, is Joe Cotten's in Robstown, Texas (just outside of Corpus Christi). Pay one price, get what you want (they don't believe in bbq chicken, however), and eat it off a piece of butcher paper, all served quickly and regularly.
