BBQ in Razorback Country

When in Arkansas Razorback Country (Fayetteville) and pinning for a reason to lick your fingers, I recommend Penguin Ed's. Just the way you like it -- hot and fast enough so that you don't have to be tortured by that sultry, smoky smell for too long before you rip into it. Pork ribs are my favorite by far and hot and spicy is the best. Cool your lips off with a little coleslaw and some sweet ice tea. Now that's living.
