The hot sauce is a chili powder vinegar based sauce. Gives it a nice comfortable Kick. The BBQ is not a bit too spicy. The dip and the hot sauce give the BBQ a very slight kick that let's you know you are eating a very good BBQ. The BBQ is not complete without BBQ slaw that is made every day. The slaw itself is tangy and is a very nice companion to the BBQ, the slaw has a sight kick itself. A very wonderful combination. In the area and want to go eat there, send me an email.
