This place was classic. You walk in and are greated by wood smoke, thick and sweet.

Let me tell ya.. The Brisket was moist and had wonderful flavor with out any sauce. They offer a Hot and a Sweet. I 50/50 the two and dig in.

I got one rib, just to check those out as well. Big meaty rib. It had good flavor as well.

Worth the trip if your in town.
(Don't be scared off by the building. This place is a Pit.. However, the food is first rate Q.)
