Brooks Barbeque

In my area of the Adirondacks in Upstate New York, we have the best barbeque joint I've ever been to, It's called Brook's Bar-B-Que. Throughout the summer they hold barbeques that serve the best barbeque chicken in the world.

Brooks is good, but the best BBQ is at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse, NY.
They have the best ribs , brisket and pulled pork around. And they sell all their fixin's on the web.
