What's your favorite place (aside from your backyard) to eat BBQ?

I like Elliots BBQ on Independence near Matthews. Their briskets a bit dry though. Has anybody tried Mac's Speed Shop?

To answer my own question about Mac's, I tried their "A lot of everthing" platter last night. The pulled pork was good. The brisket was good and tender, but the sweet glaze would probably get old after awhile. I didn't care for the chicken, which was mustard slathered - too much mustard taste for me. The pork ribs which were also coated with a sweet glaze, were pretty tasty. Not a bad place, but a bit high. The platter I ordered was $20.00. Plenty of leftovers though.

One thing that struck me, I didn't smell any smoke in the parking lot.
