Great Cajun BBQ - Boise, Idaho

Been eating at this place regularly, during lunch. Just West of Glennwood, on Chinden, you will find Chef Roland's Cajun BBQ rig. It is a small trailer, that he serves his outstanding Cajun Q out of. He has Chicken and riblets every day, and each day has a special from steaks to Friday being seafood. It is all spicy, but not hot. (he does have matericals on hand to make it hotter, if you prefer). It is very tasty, and I have been going there for too much, since I discovered it.

Being relatively new to Boise, this is good news. Unfortunately I've only been to GoodWood but I am looking for some other good bbq spots in the area.

Is the Texas BBQ place on Fairview and good? I think there is also a place on Franklin called Lonestar, any good?

I wanted to put an update on this. Chef Roland has moved. He is now off Fairview, in front of Standard Resturant Supply.

It is at 6910 Fairview Ave.
