Sticky Fingers

This is a chain of barbecue restaurants in the Southeast. They have locations in NC, SC, TN and FL. I ate at the one in Hilton Head, SC, and thought the food was great for a chain-type restaurant. The ribs are tender and flavorful and the Pulled Pork is moist and good. All the meat comes with your choice of Sticky Fingers sauces: Memphis Classic, Carolina Classic, Carolina Sweet, Tennessee Whiskey and Habanero Hot. It's easy to tell that the meat is smoke-cooked on site. The location in Hilton Head is major busy during the summer, and you may have to wait a while if you don't have a reservation. Overall, it may not equal the best of the small, independently-owned joints, but it's pretty darned good!
