Bama's Best BBQ

The best barbeque period is found at PJ's Half Moon Barbeque in Birmingham, Alabama.
The owner is Pat James, who played Alabama football for "the Bear."
The pork is crispy on the outside and falling-apart tender on the inside. The sauce is good enough to make you slap your granny...yet the barbeque is delicious even without the sauce. The iced tea glass is bottomless and the Half-Moon cookies are the perfect ending to a soul satisfying meal. Half Moon cookies are big ol' homemade chocolate chip cookies that are dipped half way in chocolate.
