Sam Taylor's BBQ - Denver, CO

Sam's place has very nice Rib's , He has won numerous awards in Denver. The bones are very meaty, and they alre always tender. He also offers a "killer" brisquit. It reminds me of where I grew up back in Illinois. I have always enjoyed the "Kansas City" style flavor, and Sam's seems to do a magnificent job. The sauce is tangy and not too sweet. He also serves up a delicious catfish. His trademark "homemade" potato chips, (served with all of his sandwiches), "are to die for"
