Yesterday, I was traveling for Memorial Day, so I wasn't able to head to a cookout or make my own BBQ, so when I got home, I went on the hunt for great brisket and ribs. I found it at Mighty Quinn's (http://www.mightyquinnsbbq.com/) and give it a finger-licking, two-thumbs up. They even sprinkled flakes of sea salt on the ribs to finish them -- just perfect. :bbq:

Nice find! Greenwich Village isn't a place that ordinarily comes to mind when thinking about barbecue!

Nice upscale presentation, too, considering that ribs and brisket aren't normally considered "gourmet fare" in NYC.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
