recommend a steakhouse on the Vegas Strip

this will be a dinner for 2 with my GF on her birthday
my priorities:

1)taste (ofcourse! )
2)atmosphere (doesnt have to be a suit and tie joint but we would like it to be a place nice enough to dress up a bit for)
3)price (id like to keep it no more than about $50 per entree but I'm willing to pay more if its worth it)
4)proximity to strip (a place in reasonable walking distiance from the center of the strip would be nice, if not we can drive there)

Best one that I can recommend is "Delmonico's". This is an Emeril Lagasse' restaurant/steakhouse that is WONDERFUL. A bit pricy, but well worth it!
