It's a new building with lots of natural woodwork and appropriate lighting.
They don't just give these things away.
Something for everyone.
I ordered brisket, ribs, and chopped pork. No disappointments here except that they were served on waxed paper in red plastic baskets, which can make a photo kind of funky. But in the grand scheme of things that's not exactly important.
Each one was a winner. The brisket was moist and smoky, the ribs were tender without being soft or mushy, and the pork had a good mild flavor.
Sauces are available and while they do complement the meat I really didn't think they were necessary.
Would I eat here again? Absolutely. Maybe next year I'll get the sausage link!
