Best BBQ in North Carolina --

For those of you are unintiated to the delights of BBQ Piq .. obviously the best BBQ is pretty much anywhere near Lexington, NC (the BBQ capital of the world holds a BBQ festival at the end of October every year that attracts hundreds of thousands of pig eaters,
Lexington BBQ; Speedy's, --- all good. If you should arrive north of Lexington in Winston-Salem ... the best is Little Richards BBQ (the original on Country Club Road). Proof of this is the running pig sign and a hill out back filled with kudzu (Two sure signs of the best BBQ).

Little Richard's is a mix of Eastern & Western BBQ with a vinegar based sauce.

In my mind, there are two primary BBQ styles in NC: Eastern (whole pig with a vinegar sauce) and Lexington (pork shoulder with a similar sauce that has a little ketchup mixed in)

How does Little Richard's mix the two styles?
