I love BBQ and I take meat very seriously. I probably would have been a muslim in college but they wanted me to stop eating pork BBQ -- Imagine that.
Being born in Richmond, Virginia I was practically raised on Bills Barbecue. When other kids begged for the golden arches I always asked for Bills Barbecue. It's not only the BBQ but the entire menu that reads like a family reunion cookout. Ribs, pulled pork, lemonade made onsite, pecan, peach, or sweet potato pie, potato salad, cole slaw. I'm getting chill bumps just thinking about how good the BBQ and the food is at Bills. It not a restaurant it's more like a temple to the BBQ gods. It's so good that I used to look in the back to see if my grandma was doing the cooking.
