Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area

We're going there next week and I was wondering of any good bbq places to hit? I'm looking for local stuff, no chains. Any recommendations?

Corky's, Bennett's, and Calhoun's are all there, but are all chains. Good luck finding others - PLEASE let us know if you find something good as I'm heading there next month. I always stop at Calhoun's for their ribs!
