Best BBQ in Southwest MO - probably anywhere!!

The best bbq with or without bbq sauce is Ozark Mountain BBQ in Bolivar, MO. All meat is cooked without sauces. It has a rub for the ribs and a marinate for the brisket but no sauce to cover up the hickory flavor. Sauce is sold by Ozark Mountain BBQ but to enhance the favor - not to cover it up.
The owner is Ron Bess. He cooks and runs the business himself to insure the quality is the same as on DAY 1 of opening.
