Las Vegas

Will be going to Las Vegas in August, anyone have any up to date BBQ reccomendations? Mrs Catfish has mentioned a few places (who's names I can not remember). We will be staying at the Encore but will have a car so location isn't a big deal.

Mike Mills' "Memphis Championship Barbecue" is there and probably worth a visit just because his name's on it. There's also a R.U.B., which I believe has an association with Paul Kirk.
