Super Smokers St. Louis

I have tried many, and the very best is Super Smokers of St. Louis, which, btw, IS known for great BBQ. There are several Super Smoker's recipes in Steve's "BBQ USA" Book, but for my money, they make excellent pulled pork, brisket, St. Louis pork steaks, and their ribs simply out-do KC and Memphis ribs!!! FYI, they have won the whole hog competition at Memphis In May, and subsequently started their restaurants. Also, if in town, you gotta try their BBQ Baked Beans! Very unique, and truly a taste of St. Louis, BBQ Capitol USA!!!

Been to Super Smokers many times. I couldn't agree more about their brisket, pork steak, and ribs. But their beans?!! Their OK, just OK. The owners should go to Smoke Stack in KC to see what good bbq beans are like. But, considering Super Smokers is really the only game in town (all their competition stinks), I guess I'll just have to suffer. "By the way, pass me another slab of those ribs while I suffer here".
