Food was pretty good, although I think my ribs are better, the ribs were over cooked for me, meat just fell off bone no pull or anything. The rub was pretty mild and not really any bark on the ribs. The Brisket was dry and not very warm, but was very tender and had good flavor. The BBQ helped make both much better, was tangy and had a mild heat to it that made it a pretty good sauce for a fancy place.
One of my co-workers got the Brisket and Chicken, which looked and smelled great. He said was done perfect and had a good smokey flavor.
I got a side of the grilled Asparagus and was a very large portion of small tender asparagus.
Two other co-workers had the steaks and both said the aged New York and sirloin were top notch, but one had fries and said they were way over done and crunchy.
score 3.5 out of 5
If I were to go again I would get the chicken and ribs or the Prime Rib (guy in table next to me got that and said it was one of the best he has had in a long time)
