Texas Land and Cattle Steak House

I live in Winston Salem, NC and have eaten at Texas Land and Cattle Steak House a few times. Among other things, they offer smoked steaks and brisket that I think are pretty good.

I ate at the Texas Land & Cattle Company steakhouse on the Riverwalk in San Antonio. I thought the small Filet was EXCELLENT!!! Great flavor and so tender that the only need for the steak knife was to cut the baked potato!
