Best in Seattle Area: Stan's in Issaquah

Lots of places are trying to sell themselves as BBQ joints around here. And lots of suckers are making them rich.

Stan's in Issaquah is a fine institution that really smokes their meat.
Armadillo BBQ in Woodinville once was great, but now is only pretty good.

I find a good bit of real BBQ at festivals and fairs during the summer, I just inquire about how they are smoking it. The proprietor and I often get into good discussions.
