Champs Sports Bar-Columbia, MD

I recently visited Champs Sports Bar in Columbia, MD (at the Columbia Mall.) I decided to try their baby back ribs, but wasn't expecting too much. When my ribs arrived and I took the first bite, WOW!! These ribs were moist, tender, and full of flavor. The sauce was excellent, and had a sweet taste with a touch of heat to it. Champs is a chain, so I assume (and you know how that goes), that the ribs would be as good at other Champs locations.
