Clem's in PA near 220/322 interchange

I used to stop at Clems Barbeque located near the 220/322 interchange on the way to State college PA.

I got some for the road and tried to eat it while driving back to Pittsburgh. That was a huge mistake! The food was awesome and I really needed to pull over to properly enjoy such a fine meal.

I live about 30 minutes from Clem's and I can tell you from experiance that Clems is AWSOME , the only problem is that they are not open all year long. If there are any other joints worth eating at in western PA please let me know. My wife, daughter and I love the Q

I live just over the mountain from Clem's and have stopped there on numerous occations. The food is GREAT! and the portions are large. Can't imagine trying to eat their Que while driving though. Sounds like an interesting attempt!

i have passed clems hundred of times on my way to pitt, never stopped until a few days ago when i was on lunch for my job, i would have to say
CLEMS FOOD IS THE BOMB!

does anyone know if the ship there sauce, i know you can buy it there, got some for the road but want more.......

Clem's is actually open all year. Quite the feat - considering there are no doors or walls.
