I had a chance to eat at the Millington/Kerrville Pig-N-Whistle last Friday and the food was pretty good. 3 of us ordered ribs and split the orders; the consensus was that the "muddy" (cooked wet and then rub's added at the end) ribs were better than the wet and the dry (which were themselves just fine). I had the barbecued baked beans and green beans on the side and liked them both.
