RUB - Las Vegas

Located in The Rio - a mile or so off of the strip but well worth going.
6 of us had a hard time finishing 2 platters - pulled pork & chicken, ribs, brisket, turkey, ham, pastrami, chicken + some really great sides.
Skip Steele is a great host & pitmaster and we enjoyed spending some time with him - Thanks Skip - We'll be back!
