The very, very best BBQ is at my house!!! I created my own sauce recipe based on BBQ that I ate as a child cooked in a pit by an old black man in a very small southern town (everyone knows that the south has the very best BBQ in the world!). We use it on brisquet, hamburgers, chicken, pork, squirrel, possum and stir it into mashed potatoes (kidding about the squirrel and possum, but it'd probably be good on that, too). My grill is probably 20 years old and wearing out from cooking so much BBQ on it (hint, hint). 2nd best?? somewhere in the south at a hole in the wall pit cooked place.
