Bone Daddy's Restaurant

ROBUST ALL AROUND: Coming to Bone Daddy's expecting only a plate of good barbecue may be in for a surprise. The food is excellent, no doubt, but the atmosphere is what may be jolting if you're not prepared. Cute young waitresses in skimpy outfits belly-button-exposing T-shirts and short shorts serving ...back to the BBQ.With that word of caution, it's a pleasure to get on to the food. The barbecue is top-notch, some of the best I've had in a resturant.

The brisket was tender and charred just right around the edges, with a wonderful smoky flavor. The hot links sent you scrambling for a cold beer. Ther'e awfully hot – but lean and delicious. They bore no resemblance to those cheap, greasy links served elsewhere. Barbecue, is still the main attraction tender and juicy served by cute young waitresses with an ice cold beer, now that's the bomb!

Sides are good, too – barbecue beans were sweet and tangy, and the macaroni and cheese dripped with gooey cheese. Other side possibilities are coleslaw, potato salad, baked potato, steak fries and cinnamon apples. . :P
