It Finally Happened..........

Rudy's Country Store finally opened up in El Paso. And it's only about three minutes away from my house. Don't know how you all feel about Rudy's, but I think it's the most authentic central Texas barbecue there is. All meat is smoked with oak, which gives it a very smoky flavor, but it is nice and smooth. No bite like with hickory or mesquite. I'll have a half pound of the moist brisket, and about half a loaf of white bread. MMUUAAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!
