Great Pulled Pork for a start. And authentic Texas brisket is hard to find in Florida. Dry rubs on everything. Ribs so tender and juicy they don't need sauce. Fridays they have HUGE dinosaur BEEF Ribs and baby backs that are always fresh off the pit - he will not serve a reheated baby back. But they always sell out of baby backs on Fri/Sat, so you probably wont get any if you're there too late.
Try 'The Jaymer' sampler platter and add Ribs, and you've still got at least 5 more things still to try.
I liked the homemade garlic mashed potatoes. Add some sweet sauce to them and its more yummy. They make a few sides in house, as opposed to just emptying a can into the steam table.
Its a cozy place with nice owners.
