Cooks only ribs and chicken, no beef
Slowed cooked on a open pit wood fire and without any seasoning so you get the full wonderful meat flavor that you should get instead of all the flavors from spices. The ribs or chicken is dipped in homemade sauce just before it is served, no small portions and the prices are wonderful. Best barbecue on earth and I have sampled a lot of it.
