Steven and the crew of “Primal Grill” are well-acquainted with nighttime in the Arizona desert. Temperatures drop steeply from their daytime highs, coyotes yip in the distance, and everyone digs deep for the energy to get one more episode “in the can” before breaking the set. Many of you have written to us saying you enjoy these shows—live fire does like more dramatic at night—so we try to do six or seven nighttime shoots.
